No, our products are not gluten-free. Our flour is a mix of 4 ancient Greek grains - oats, barley, lupine, and spelt. We like spelt and barley, as they are richer in vitamins than common wheat, but both of them contain gluten.

All our products are Kosher except from the Raspberry Fruit Filled, the Strawberry Fruit Filled and the Blueberry Fruit Filled. Although not all the boxes have the Kosher Certification icon.

Biscuit recipes require oil and a solid oil contributes to more pleasant products. Our products are organic & plant-based so any animal-origin oil like butter is excluded.

Furthermore, we do not use any chemical additives or chemical preservatives so processed oils like margarine and liquid oils like olive oil are not suitable as ingredients. Among the solid oils, palm oil has many benefits as it is organic, sustainable (IP RSPO), naturally solid, has no trans fatty acids, is less processed, and it is plant originated.

As a result, we have chosen to use sustainable palm oil as it meets the high standard requirements for our healthy and delicious biscuits. This said, we always appreciate customer input, and your feedback is very valued! Our technical department continues to work to enhance our recipes and we will surely redirect your thoughts to them as well.

The natural flavors used in our products are created using ingredients from natural sources such as essential oils, extracts, etc. and are derived from fruits (like figs), vegetables, spices and other natural sources.
